Shipping policy

SHIPPINGS & INSURANCE:
Whe use DHL Express as our courier. You'll recieve an email with the tracking number and shipping information after your order has been dispatched. It usually takes 2-3 working days for international shippings.

Shipping costs differ from country to country, for every country there are two different shipping methods available:

• STANDARD SHIPPING: your item and shipping costs wont't be eligible for refunds if DHL deems the package as lost. The brand nor DHL will be considered responsible for damages caused during shipping.
• STANDARD SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE (+10€): both your item and shipping costs will be eligible for refunds if DHL deems the package as lost. DHL will also be considered responsible for damages caused during shippings, please send us pictures if you feel the item has been damaged.

Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE unless:

• You choose the "STANDARD SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE (+10€)" option and your package is deemed as lost by DHL Express.
• You receive the wrong item
