RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING TERMS:
ALTERATIONS ON YOUR ORDER:
We will accept changes on your order (size, colour, measurements, fabric etc.) only within 24h after you place it.
No alterations or corrections can be made after 24h.
If you're not sure about one or more of the garment's features but you still want to place your order please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the details so we won't start working on your order until you make up your mind.
RETURNS & REFUND:
We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Every request made after 3 days since you received your order won't be accepted. No exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is declared eligible for a return it has to be sent back to us within 14 working day, every item recieved after 14 days won't be accepted.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND:
Custom sizes, bespoke and made to measure items.
They can be returned (but not refunded!) for fitting issues ONLY at customer's own expenses (back & forth shippings and customs fees). The brand is not responsible for incorrect fit caused by wrong measurements or changes in the client's body.
- Items on sale
- Items bought with gift cards or discount codes.
- Items made with custom fabrics.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the cost of the item will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPINGS & INSURANCE:
Whe use DHL Express as our courier. You'll recieve an email with the tracking number and shipping information after your order has been dispatched. It usually takes 2-3 working days for international shippings.
Shipping costs differ from country to country, for every country there are two different shipping methods available:
- STANDARD SHIPPING: your item and shipping costs wont't be eligible for refunds if DHL deems the package as lost. The brand nor DHL will be considered responsible for damages caused during shipping.
- STANDARD SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE (+10€): both your item and shipping costs will be eligible for refunds if DHL deems the package as lost. DHL will also be considered responsible for damages caused during shippings, please send us pictures if you feel the item has been damaged.
Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE unless:
- You choose the "STANDARD SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE (+10€)" option and your package is deemed as lost by DHL Express.
- You receive the wrong item
